After payment has been received, we process orders within 24-48 hours (working days M-F, excluding weekends and holidays).

US domestic orders:

We use USPS First class or USPS Priority Shipping depending on the weight of your purchases. California Residents - Tax Charge of 8.75%

International orders:

We using International Airmail which typically take approximately 7-14 DAYS, depending on customs. Please also keep in mind all customs duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Expedited Shippping

Quotes for expedited shipping can be determined during checkout. Please be aware that the shipping days does not include our processing time. If you need the items by a certain time, please contact us to confirm.

Shipping Insurance:

Shipping insurance is available for US orders starting at $1.75-$5 depending on how much you spend. You can add shipping insurance on STEP 2. The amount will be calculated on STEP 2 as well. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if you do not purchase shipping insurance.

Other International Shipping Rates

Shipping for international orders are normally shipped by United States First Class Mail (airmail), which normally takes 7-14 days, sometimes more depending on your countries customs. Once you have items in your shopping cart, you can use use the shipping estimator below the shopping cart for exact costs. During checkout, you can choose faster methods of shipping. For bigger orders, please contact us for additional shipping quotes. If shipping ends up costing more due to weight and the size of package, we may not be able to ship it for the normal rate and will contact you.

Our Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in original condition, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED within 14 business days of receipt of purchase. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. An order number or name of original purchaser is required for any exchanges/returns. The money will be refunded to the buyer or you can choose to receive store credit. Refunds can take 2-3 weeks to show up on your credit card statements. By purchasing from www.Shopriddle.com, you accept these terms.

Please see below for exchange/returns instructions. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees. We do not refund shipping fees.

-HOWEVER, we will ship your exchanges out for free. If you want to exchange for the same item or a different item, we will pay to have it shipped to you. (Only applies to US and Canada orders)

- Exchanges are based off of current inventory. Please email us to have your exchanged item(s) held.

- SALE ITEMS MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR STORE CREDIT for the current sale price.

Return/Exchange instructions:

- Please use the return address on your package or packing slip.

- Leave your contact info including your full name, phone number, and email address along with a short note in your return package so we know who to refund.

- Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival. Refunds can take 2-3 weeks to show up on your credit card statements. We use paypal to refund to your credit cards. Please see paypal refund's help page for more details.

If you contact us and did not receive a reply, please check to see if our email is blocked. We normally reply within 48 hours.
