Domestic:
All items are shipped via USPS shipping.
 Charm City ships Monday-Sat. 8am to 5pm PST.
 Your item will be shipped within 24-48 hours
of receipt of payment. We include free delivery
 confirmation for all domestic packages.
 Refused or returned shipments due to an
incorrect address or because they were not
 picked up at the post office Will either
 result in additional shipping charges,
 or will be treated as a return.

International:
We welcome international orders.
 We will ship via First Class
International which can take from
8-26 business days depending on
your destination and your country's
 policies. Items weighing 4 pounds
 and over will go via Priority mail
 and your invoice will be adjusted
 accordingly.We offer combined shipping
 on international packages .
 Your order may be subject to
import duties and taxes. You
will be responsible for paying
 additional charges for customs
 clearance; we have no control
 over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be.We are not
 responsible for any duties, fees

• Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced
